YHL YAG Laser for Material Process
Our Nd- YAG laser system is compacted and economical, especially in 120W or 250 W equipment. The laser beam can be transferred through mirrors or fiber, and the moving system of focused beam or workstation can be numerical control, PC control or manual hand control.
Our system has main application as follows:
1. Cutting: Steel or stainless material with thickness <1mm, speed< 300mm/min.
2. Welding: steel, stainless, aluminum or titanium material with thickness <0.5mm, speed < 200mm/min.
3. Ceramic cutting, scratching or drilling: ceramic thickness <0.8mm, scratching speed <150mm/min., drilling hole > 0.2mm.
4. Surface modification: surface quenching and hardening, cladding, alloying or surface texture etc.
